Study Skill 11.2 Technological Tools for Editing

Introduction

Whenever you turn in your work, whether to your classroom teacher, your Mizzou teacher, or your university professor, you should ALWAYS check your work for spelling and grammar. People read a lot into the effort you take to read your work. In fact, they may assume you do not care about the content, the course, or the person if you have spelling errors.

In addition, if you are writing in a language that is not your native language, you should always spell-check, grammar check, and even have others read and provide you with feedback on your assignments.
